All fees are in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and are subject to applicable sales tax in your province. International orders are not subject to sales tax. Our secure server will process MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as CONFIDENT WOMEN WIGS.
RE-VERIFICATION OR REPROCESSING OF A CREDIT CARD
Credit card payments that require reprocessing for any reason will incur a $60.00 CAD plus tax administrative fee.
Order processing times average 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, exclusing statutory Canadian holidays) and may take longer if the item is on back-order.
Shipping is free for Canadian residents. US residents will be charged a flat rate of $24.99. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
Orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS and average 3-5 business days for arrival, within Canada and the United States. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than normal. Please be patient as the couriers are getting your packages to you fast as they can.
Due hygienic health reasons, we cannot take back a wig that has been removed from the box. All sales are final and non-refundable with one condition. We can exchange for a different color.
When you open your box, look at the color, if you do not like the color you received, DO NOT remove the wig from the box. You can exchange for a different color.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must not have been removed from the box. This means the wig is in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and tags attached.
To complete the exchange for a new color, we require your receipt and proof of purchase. If you live in Calgary or the surrounding area, we can meet for the exchange. If you live outside of Calgary or in the US, you will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping and we will pay the restocking fee.
Please notify Sherry @ Confident Women Wigs in the first 48 hours of receiving the wig, if you would like to exchange for a different color.

If you think your wig has a manufacturer defect (within the first 3 months of receiving it) we will send it back to the manufacturer to be assessed. If they deem it to be a manufacturer defect, the wig will be replaced with a new one, the same style and color. If you would like to have your wig assessed please notify Sherry as soon as possible to discuss your concerns. If we send it back to be assessed, you will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping to the manufacturer and we will cover the cost to ship back to you.
